Had an awesome time with Ginger 6. My kid is really into his gaming PC. The team was super helpful with all our questions and even suggested sending it out early since they wrapped up the build ahead of schedule.

The customer support team is really fast and friendly, but the delivery service they rely on is absolutely terrible. APC is hands down the worst courier out there, and the folks at Ginger 6 just won’t admit it or switch to someone better.

On the first day, I missed my package because the driver didn’t even bother to knock. I was right there in the room and only found out he was at my door when I got a text to reschedule - by then, he was already zooming away in his van.

The second day? I waited around all day, and guess what? No delivery.

On the third day, I tried calling APC to track down my parcel, but they didn’t answer until I went through their parent company. When I finally got through, they told me they couldn’t reach the driver and promised a morning delivery for the next day.

Finally, on the fourth day, the package showed up, but it was wet, damaged, and the box was practically falling apart. The PC inside had a crack down the case, the feet were hanging off, and it was so banged up that I couldn’t even take off the side panel to check the insides.

The customer service was decent, though, and they assured me I’d get a refund, even though I was hoping for a new PC to be sent via a different courier - but that wasn’t an option, sadly.

All in all, it was a pretty rough experience - not because of the company itself, but due to the courier they stubbornly choose to work with, fully aware of their lousy reputation.

I had a great time with Ginger 6, even though there was an extra tower that I didn’t know about since it was sent to me. But they fixed it up real quick. The customer service was top-notch! I’m not sure about the tower since it’s a gift for my son this Christmas.

I found the Ginger6 site really user-friendly while customizing my new PC. But since I’m no tech whiz, I gave them a call and chatted with Kevin, who was incredibly helpful as we went over what I wanted and what I actually needed.
Once I placed my order, the PC showed up right on schedule, just like they said it would.
There was a little hiccup with my new machine, but as soon as I reached out, they jumped right on it until everything was sorted. Fingers crossed it’s all good now, but if there’s still an issue, I’m confident they’ll be just as supportive until it’s fixed.

I've got my second PC from Ginger6 now. I was super pleased with the first one, so naturally, I went for another... This new desktop had a little hiccup with a faulty wireless card, but they fixed it up fast and with great service, and now the machine is running like a dream. I'm really happy and can't see myself shopping anywhere else when I need a new PC.

Awesome range of gear, including some options for casual gamers and some fantastic choices for the hardcore ones.
